Call for Proposals

Submit your proposal to speak at the 2022 Retail Law Conference

October 12 – 14, 2022

The Retail Law Conference is focused on providing leading retail counsel with strategic insights to help them navigate the most pressing legal and business challenges. We rely on foremost law firms and other partners to look to the future and submit proposals that will enable retail counsel to better guide their business partners. We are seeking creative proposals for general and CLE-oriented breakout sessions, co-moderated roundtables, and small format sessions that will be featured at the 2022 Retail Law Conference. We are interested in new and creative session formats, speakers, and interactive elements to best present thought leadership that meets the needs of retail counsel. We encourage all partners to take advantage of this unparalleled opportunity to showcase your expertise before 250+ in-house counsel, including more than 50 chief legal officers and general counsel, who attend the conference.

Law firms selected to present at the Retail Law Conference must participate as an Emerald Sponsor ($17,500) or above. The law firm selected for the general session must sponsor at the Diamond level ($50,000). We welcome multiple submissions and encourage innovative and future-oriented ideas to showcase your expertise.
